Unauthenticated code execution via unrestricted file upload

Arbitrary file upload in Victor CMS 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through the post-creation endpoint. The admin/includes/admin_add_post.php handler accepts an attacker-supplied executable file and stores it where the web server exposes it as a web shell. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants code execution with the web server's privileges.
