Authenticated file overwrite via wget option injection

Arbitrary file write in affected Aruba Instant 8.7.1.0 and earlier releases allows remote authenticated users to overwrite files via the Web UI. The cplogo-install handler passes an unfiltered tab from its parameter into a wget invocation, enabling option injection. Administrative Web UI credentials are required; successful exploitation replaces attacker-chosen sensitive system files with downloaded content.
