Local arbitrary file deletion via path traversal

Path traversal in HPE Cloudline BMC firmware allows local users to delete arbitrary files through spx_restservice. The deleteVideo_func routine fails to confine a supplied deletion path to its intended video-storage location. Low-privileged local BMC access is required, and exploitation deletes files outside that location, causing data loss or service interruption.
