Administrator code execution via unvalidated ZIP extraction
Published May 16, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Unrestricted file upload in Vibgyor Logics AGIL 1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code via a ZIP upload. The Grid Image Listing upload handler extracts every ZIP entry beneath a web-accessible content path without validating the extracted file type. An administrator must upload the archive and request the resulting PHP file, which executes with the WordPress web server's privileges.
