Administrator-level stored XSS via unescaped memory-limit setting

Stored XSS in XML Sitemap Generator for Google before 4.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through a plugin setting. The Debug page renders the stored “Try to increase the memory limit to” setting without sanitization or output escaping, causing its script content to execute when the page is opened. Administrative privileges are required, and exploitation applies when unfiltered_html is disabled, including in multisite installations; execution occurs in the browser of a user who opens the poisoned Debug page.
