Script execution via unescaped AJAX page parameter
Published Jan 10, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Reflected XSS in 10Web Social Photo Feed before 1.4.29 allows remote attackers to execute script in a logged-in user's browser. The wdi_apply_changes AJAX action reflects the crafted page query parameter into response markup without attribute-safe escaping. The target must be logged in and visit the crafted URL; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled JavaScript in that user's WordPress origin.
