SQL injection in Events Made Easy before 2.2.36 allows remote authenticated users to affect database confidentiality, integrity, and availability via the eme_searchmail AJAX action. The action inserts the unsanitized search_text parameter into a SQL statement without sanitizing or escaping it. Subscriber-level WordPress access is sufficient; exploitation requires an authenticated account and can read, modify, or disrupt database data.
