Reflected XSS via unescaped XML result parameter
Published Jan 3, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Reflected XSS in Booster for WooCommerce before 5.4.9 allows remote attackers to run script in an administrator's browser via a crafted URL. The Product XML Feeds admin page writes the wcj_create_products_xml_result query parameter into its response without sanitizing or escaping it. The module must be enabled, and an authenticated administrator must open the crafted admin URL; exploitation runs script with that administrator's web-session privileges.
