Stored XSS via nonce-free settings update

Cross-site request forgery in WP Extra File Types before 0.5.1 allows remote attackers to store administrator-context script. The settings handler accepts do_save POST requests without a nonce and writes unsanitized custom_d, custom_e, and custom_m values that are later embedded in the administration page. An administrator must be logged in and induced to submit the crafted form; the stored payload executes when the affected settings view renders.
