Stored XSS via unescaped custom-field output

Stored XSS in Display Post Metadata before 1.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through displayed custom fields. The metadata shortcode retrieves stored custom-field content and inserts it into the rendered page without sanitization or output escaping. Contributor-level access is sufficient to store a payload, and the script executes when another user opens the affected page.
