Stored XSS in Eliot Akira Custom Content Shortcode before 4.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript via custom fields. The [field] shortcode outputs a stored custom-field value without escaping it, so script markup executes when the rendered post is viewed or previewed. Contributor access suffices before 4.0.1, while 4.0.1 requires Administrator access; execution requires a user to view the affected content.
