An undisclosed Invoice Approvals flaw in Oracle Payables 12.1.1 through 12.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the faulty operation or input handling in the Invoice Approvals component. Low-privilege access is sufficient without user interaction, and exploitation permits reading, creating, deleting, or modifying all accessible Payables data.
