Stored XSS via unsanitized email name setting

Stored XSS in Repute InfoSystems ARForms before 1.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an administrator's browser. The From/Replyto Name field under General Settings > Email Settings stores attacker-supplied markup without adequate sanitization and renders it in an administrative page. An administrator-level account must save the payload, and a user must open the affected view; the resulting script can access browser-session data and perform actions with that viewer's privileges.
