Unauthenticated log disclosure via predictable export path

Information disclosure in Tips and Tricks HQ Simple Download Monitor before 3.9.6 allows remote attackers to read exported download logs. The log-export feature writes sdm-download-logs.csv inside the predictable, web-accessible plugin directory without access control. Exposure requires an administrator to export logs first; the resulting file can disclose downloader IP addresses and usernames to unauthenticated requesters.
