Account takeover via mismatched password-reset identifiers

Authorization bypass in WP User Manager before 2.6.3 allows remote authenticated users to reset any user's password. The password-recovery flow accepts a reset key issued for one account while trusting an independently supplied user_id to choose the password target. A subscriber-level account or enabled registration, a valid reset key for the attacker's account, and the victim's numeric ID are required; successful exploitation grants access to the victim account.
