Remote code execution via CSRF-enabled PHP upload

CSRF in Scroll Baner 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to upload executable PHP by inducing an administrator to submit a crafted request. The settings handler at /wp-admin/plugins.php?page=scrollbaner-config accepts a multipart scrollbaner_scrfile1 upload without a CSRF token or input validation and writes it as /wp-content/scrollbaner1.php. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to load attacker-controlled content; the uploaded PHP executes in the web server context, while unsanitized settings also permit XSS.
