Cross-Site Request Forgery in KubiQ Images to WebP before 1.9 allows remote attackers to alter settings or disrupt service via crafted requests. Administrative handlers in upload.php and admin-ajax.php omit CSRF validation, allowing attacker-controlled forms to submit settings, inject malformed extension patterns that damage .htaccess, or invoke arbitrary image conversion. A logged-in WordPress user must load the attacker page; the documented impact is integrity and availability, with no confidentiality access.
