Stored XSS in Zhang Ge WP Dialog 1.2.5.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in visitors' browsers. The plugin stores the st_content Welcome message without sanitization and inserts it into front-end and settings pages without context-appropriate escaping. A high-privilege account can inject markup even when unfiltered_html is denied; execution requires another user to load an affected page.
