Published Jan 16, 2024 · Updated Aug 29, 2024
Stored XSS in Nick Momrik Simple Post 1.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through the Text setting. The settings handler stores the Text value without sanitization and later writes it into browser output without escaping. An authenticated account must save the payload, and the script executes in the site's browser context when another user loads the affected output.
