Administrator-only query manipulation via concatenated product ID

SQL injection in ExportFeed Product Feed on WooCommerce before 3.3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries. The core/ajax/wp/fetch_product_ajax.php handler passes product_id through sanitize_text_field, then concatenates it into a SELECT statement instead of parameterizing the query. Administrator access to WordPress AJAX is required; demonstrated Boolean- and time-based payloads permit database-value inference through response behavior and delays.
