Authenticated database disclosure via unescaped sort parameters
Published Aug 2, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in AYS Pro Plugins Quiz Maker before 6.2.0.9 allows remote authenticated users to read database data through admin sorting requests. Files under includes/lists insert attacker-controlled order and orderby values into SQL statements without sanitizing or escaping them. Administrator access is required, and boolean- or time-based responses permit blind extraction from the WordPress database.
