Reflected XSS via unencoded preview form data
Published Jul 20, 2021 · Updated Sep 25, 2024
Reflected XSS in Oracle Hyperion Infrastructure Technology 11.2.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute browser script via HTTP. The Lifecycle Management artifact-change-report preview inserts unencoded form values, including operation, into its HTML response. A high-privileged account must induce another person to submit a crafted form; the script then runs in that person's authenticated browser context and can read or modify accessible data.
