Administrator-level code execution via unsafe PHP generation

Code injection in Optimocha Speed Booster Pack before 4.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through caching settings. The caching configuration generator writes unvalidated caching_exclude_urls and caching_include_query_strings values into a generated PHP file, allowing injected PHP to execute when the file is loaded. Access to the WordPress administrator settings page and a valid nonce are required, and successful exploitation runs code with the web server's privileges.
