Stored XSS via unsanitized booking names
Published Jul 12, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Stored XSS in Salon Booking System before 6.3.1 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in an administrator's browser. The booking workflow stores the First Name value without properly sanitizing or escaping it before the Calendar page renders the appointment. Guest booking access is sufficient; execution occurs when an administrator opens the affected appointment in the Calendar page, enabling actions in that administrator's browser context.
