Admin-level stored XSS via unsanitized settings

Stored XSS in Flector RSS for Yandex Turbo 1.30 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in the admin dashboard. The plugin saves the ytnetw, ytnetwspan, ytfeedbacknetw, ytfeedbacknetwspan, ytratingmin, and ytratingmax settings without sanitizing them, then renders them without escaping. Administrator-level access is required to submit the settings, and a later dashboard view triggers the stored payload in that browser session.
