Contributor-level stored XSS via unsanitized shortcode parameters

Stored XSS in bPlugins StreamCast before 2.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to inject script through crafted shortcode parameters. The shortcode renderer accepts its parameters without sanitization or validation and emits attacker-controlled values into pages containing the malicious shortcode. Contributor access is sufficient to store the payload, but another user must view an affected page for the script to execute in that viewer's browser.
