Unauthenticated redirect disclosure via unchecked export
Published Jun 14, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Missing authorization in WPDeveloper Simple 301 Redirects 2.0.0 through 2.0.3 allows remote attackers to export site redirects. The export_data handler runs from the public wp-admin/admin-post.php endpoint and neither checks a WordPress capability nor validates a nonce. No account is required; a crafted POST returns the configured redirect map, exposing internal or sensitive destination URLs.
