Oracle Web Applications Desktop Integrator 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.10 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify application data. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Application Service and has not published the request handling or authorization failure that permits the access. Low-privileged HTTP access is required; exploitation enables reading, creation, deletion, or modification of all accessible application data without affecting availability.
