Database disclosure via unsanitized listing-search parameters
Published Jun 1, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in BoldThemes Bello WordPress Theme before 1.6.0 allows remote attackers to read database contents through listing searches. The listing search inserts five GET parameters directly into a SQL statement without sanitization, enabling boolean-based blind query manipulation. No authentication is required; the published proof of concept extracts WordPress user records through observable true-or-false responses.
