Authenticated property deletion via unchecked ownership
Published Apr 22, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Improper access control in PureThemes Realteo before 1.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary property listings. The deletion route accepts a property_id query parameter and deletes the referenced listing without verifying that it belongs to the requesting account. Any authenticated account with a valid request nonce can substitute another listing's identifier, causing unauthorized deletion through Findeo sites that use the plugin.
