Database disclosure via unprepared AJAX query

SQL injection in Themeum Tutor LMS before 1.8.3 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary database data through an AJAX request. The tutor_quiz_builder_get_answers_by_question function interpolates the question_id POST value into get_results queries without a prepared statement or SQL escaping. Student-level access reaches the action because it lacks capability checks, and a UNION payload returns selected database records directly in the response.
