Administrator browser script execution via User-Agent reflection
Published Apr 5, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Reflected XSS in mndpsingh287 File Manager before 7.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an administrator's browser. The System Properties page reflects the User-Agent header into its HTML response without neutralizing script markup. The plugin must be active, and a logged-in administrator must be induced to request the administrator-only page; execution remains in that browser context.
