CVE-2021-24140Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated SQL injection via unescaped repeater name

Published Mar 18, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024

SQL injection in ConnektHQ Ajax Load More before 5.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate database queries through repeater. The repeater update path interpolates the repeater-derived name into a $wpdb->get_var SQL WHERE clause without neutralizing SQL syntax. Administrative edit_theme_options capability and a valid nonce are required by default; successful blind injection can read or modify WordPress database data.
