Command execution via shell-interpolated port value

OS command injection in Meta Platforms, Inc. react-dev-utils before 11.0.4 allows remote attackers to execute commands via a crafted port value. getProcessForPort concatenates its port argument into an lsof command string passed to child_process.execSync, allowing shell metacharacters to alter the command. Exposure requires custom code to call the utility with user-controlled input; standard react-scripts usage does not expose the flaw.
