Authenticated service interruption via oversized CLI argument

Buffer overflow in affected FortiAnalyzer and FortiManager 6.x CLI releases allows local users to interrupt service with a command. The diagnose system geoip-city parser accepts an oversized ip argument and overflows its buffer during CLI command handling. An authenticated, highly privileged CLI session is required; Fortinet reports denial of service and no successful code execution.
