Command execution via exported CSV formula injection

CSV injection in Fortinet FortiManager 6.4.3 and earlier and 6.2.7 and earlier allows attackers to execute commands through an exported file. The policy export path writes an attacker-controlled IPv4 field from a policy name into CSV output without neutralizing spreadsheet formula syntax. Exploitation requires high-privileged access to create the crafted policy data and a victim to export the file and open it in Excel with unsafe formula handling.
