Authenticated read and modification of application data
Published Jul 20, 2021 · Updated Sep 26, 2024
Region Mapping flaw in Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony allows remote authenticated users to read or alter data via HTTP. Oracle identifies affected releases 12.1.1 through 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.10 but does not disclose the faulty operation or how HTTP input reaches it. Low-privileged application access is required, and the consequence is confined to confidentiality and integrity; no service interruption is reported.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
