Unauthenticated server takeover via T3 or IIOP
Published Jul 20, 2021 · Updated Sep 26, 2024
A Core flaw in Oracle WebLogic Server allows remote attackers to take over affected servers through unauthenticated T3 or IIOP traffic. Oracle has not disclosed the Core code path or the unsafe operation performed on protocol input. Network access to either protocol is sufficient on versions 10.3.6.0.0, 12.1.3.0.0, 12.2.1.3.0, 12.2.1.4.0, and 14.1.1.0.0; successful exploitation grants control of the server.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
