System crash via hdlphook invalid-memory read

Denial of service in McAfee Data Loss Prevention Endpoint before 11.6.100.41 allows local users to trigger a Windows system crash. The hdlphook driver reads invalid memory after a monitored process is suspended, its memory is modified, and it is restarted. A low-privileged local account and control of a monitored process are required; successful exploitation produces a blue-screen crash rather than data disclosure or modification.
