Active debug code in affected Bosch VRM releases allows remote authenticated users to alter or interrupt installed software. VRM accepts a special administrative command that exposes extended debug functions, but Bosch has not disclosed the handler or missing control. Administrative rights and network access to VRM are required; affected DIVAR IP and BVMS deployments are limited to those with VRM installed.
