Database disclosure via unsanitized folder selection
Published Jan 15, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in flatCore before 2.0.0 build 139 allows remote authenticated users to read database information through the acp interface. The file-content handler passes the selected_folder HTTP body parameter to a database operation without sanitizing attacker-controlled input, enabling time-based blind queries. Access to the authenticated acp interface is required, and the demonstrated consequence is database information disclosure without data modification or service interruption.
