Authenticated read and modification of application data
Published Jul 20, 2021 · Updated Sep 26, 2024
File-upload processing in Oracle Applications Framework 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.10 allows remote authenticated users to access and alter data. Oracle identifies the Attachments / File Upload component but does not disclose the wrong operation performed on uploaded content or attachment requests. Exploitation requires low privileges, HTTP access, and interaction by another person; it exposes all framework-accessible data and permits some updates, inserts, or deletions.
