Object prototype modification via nested array path keys

Prototype pollution in Deoxxa Development dotty before 0.1.2 allows remote attackers to modify object prototypes through array path keys. The dotty.put function shifts a path element and compares it directly with proto; a nested array is coerced only during property access, after the guard accepts it. A consuming application must pass attacker-controlled array keys to put, enabling inherited-property changes that can corrupt application state or influence later security decisions.
