Sandbox escape via stack-trace prototype pollution

Prototype pollution in all versions of Agoric realms-shim allows attackers to escape the JavaScript sandbox via evaluated code. The proof of concept replaces Error.prepareStackTrace inside Realm.evaluate, then follows stackTrace prototype links to write a property into an outer-realm prototype. Exploitation requires an application to evaluate attacker-controlled JavaScript in a Realm; the demonstrated consequence is loss of sandbox isolation.
