Oracle Marketing 12.1.1 through 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.10 allows remote attackers to read and modify critical data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the vulnerable request, code path, or incorrect operation within the Marketing Administration component. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation permits reading, creating, deleting, or modifying all Oracle Marketing-accessible data but does not affect availability.
