Arbitrary command execution via unsanitized credential target

OS command injection in wincred 1.0.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted credential target. The getCredential function interpolates its target argument into a command string passed to child_process.exec without quoting or sanitization. A consuming application must pass attacker-controlled input to getCredential, after which commands run with the Node.js process privileges.
