Arbitrary command execution via unsanitized kill argument

Command injection in nrako psnode 0.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary OS commands through the kill function. The kill function concatenates its PID argument into a platform kill or taskkill shell command and passes the string to child_process.exec without sanitization. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled input as the PID, after which commands run with that application process's privileges.
