Arbitrary command execution via unsanitized kill argument

OS command injection in WisdomKwan ps-visitor allows attackers to execute arbitrary shell commands through a crafted kill() pid argument. The kill() implementation interpolates pid directly into a shell command and passes it to child_process.exec without quoting, escaping, or validation. Exploitation requires an application to pass attacker-controlled data into the library API; commands run with that application's privileges.
