Authenticated takeover of XML database component

Oracle Database 12.1.0.2, 12.2.0.1, and 19c allow remote authenticated users to take over Oracle XML DB through Oracle Net. Oracle has not published the flawed code path or the operation it performs on attacker-supplied input. Exploitation requires both Create Any Procedure and Create Public Synonym privileges; successful attacks compromise XML DB confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
