Arbitrary command execution via unsanitized port

Command injection in ssnau killport before 1.0.2 allows attackers to execute arbitrary OS commands through a crafted port value. The exported function concatenates the supplied port into an lsof command string and passes it to child_process.exec without validation. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled data to the library; commands run with that application's privileges.
